Paying Your Bill
Bills are due thirty days after they are sent out. In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 57.08.081, a 10% late fee will be applied to any delinquent account. Payments can be made at our office, by mail, or through your bill pay service. Please allow 4-5 days for delivery if paying by mail or through an on-line bill pay service.
ON-LINE BILL PAYMENTS
We currently do not have a portal for customers to make payments online. We are in the process of purchasing a new billing system and hope to have this option available to our customers sometime next year.
PAYMENT BY PHONE USING A CHECK OR CREDIT CARD
We are not able to take payment over the phone and do not accept credit card payments at this time.

For your convenience, we have two payment drop boxes located at the District office. One is located in front of the building for payments made during office hours. A second box is located just outside of our gate for payments made after hours.
If your account is past due please bring it into the office rather than placing it in the drop box.
Checks can be made payable to Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.
We also offer an automatic payment program where we withdraw your bill amount directly from your checking or savings account. In order to pay in this manner you will need to fill out an authorization form and submit it to the District along with a voided check or deposit slip.
