| Pressure Moving? Are you moving in or out of the area served by the Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District? The District needs certain information in order to stop or start service for our customers. Please choose one of the following situations, click to bring up a new window, fill out and print the form. Then, mail or fax it to our office. Please note: We need at least one day's advance notice in order to process your request within a sufficient time frame. If you have already moved and have not notified us, we will make the changes on the date we receive notification.
