Water/Sewer Certificate Application

The following is a list to access the Engineering Department's commonly used Developer Extension Agreement forms:

Maintenance Bond:
Monies held by the District through a bonding company that guarantees the integrity of the workmanship of a project for one year after final acceptance of work.

Cash Maintenance And Pledge of Monies Agreement
Bond, in the form of cash payment by a developer, that is presented to and held by the District which guarantees the integrity of the workmanship of a project for one year after final acceptance of work.

Performance Bond:
Monies held by the District through a bonding company which guarantees completion of the construction of facilities by a developer.

Cash Performance And Pledge of Monies Agreement
Bond, in the form of cash payment by a developer, that is presented to and held by the District which guarantees completion of the construction of facilities.

Bill of Sale - Sewer:
Upon completion of work by the developer, form conveys all sewer facilities to District.

Bill of Sale - Water:
Upon completion of work by the developer, form conveys all water facilities to District.

Assignment and Assumption of Developer Extension Agreement:
Occurs when another party purchases the Developer Extension Agreement from the original developer.

Easement for Sewer Lines with Access Road:
Rights given to the District to enter a piece of property for sewer construction/maintenance purposes on an access road.

Easement for Sewer Lines:
Rights given to the District to enter a piece of property for sewer construction/maintenance purposes.

Easement for Water Lines:
Rights given to the District to enter a piece of property for water construction/maintenance purposes.

Private Sewer Easement:
Easement for private sewer service line on private property, but not located on the property served.

Private Water Easement:
Easement for private water service line on private property, but not located on the property served.

Application for Plugging Manholes Agreement:
Request to plug a manhole within a development property. For construction use. Prevents discharge into sewer system.
