How often do the Commissioners meet?
The Commissioner Meetings are held on the first three Mondays of each month. If a holiday occurs on a Monday, the meetings are moved to Tuesday. All meetings are open to the public.

What time are the meetings and where do the Commissioners meet?
The meetings begin at 3:00 P.M. and they are held in the Hearing Room, located on the first floor of the District Headquarters. Notices are posted 24-hours in advance of Special Meetings and scheduled Public Hearings are published in the local newspapers.

When are agendas prepared for the Commissioner meetings?
Agendas are prepared in advance for the Commissioner Meetings. They are available at the District office on Friday afternoon for the following Monday meeting.

How does one schedule an appearance before the Board of Commissioners?
Those interested in making an appearance before the Board of Commissioners need to contact Sue Tucker at the District by the Wednesday prior to the meeting (425.392.6256). Written material regarding the appearance must be submitted to the District by the Thursday prior to the meeting. The material will then be included in the Commissioner's Packet for their review during the weekend prior to the meeting.

What format should be used to submit information to the Board of Commissioners?
Information can be submitted on standard 8-1/2" x 11" paper. Copies will be made when the Commissioner Packets are prepared.
