CURRENT DEVELOPMENT AND UPDATING OF THE
Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District
WASTEWATER COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

This Wastewater Comprehensive Plan draft is a full update, considering all aspects of providing sewer service to the urban areas of the District. The plan considers land use regulations within three jurisdictions, Unincorporated King County, the City of Sammamish and the City of Issaquah. The Plan evaluates the District’s future sewer service area boundaries, policies for accommodating growth of the sewer system, land use and associated flow projections, and develops a planning level conceptual layout for the construction of sewers, pump stations and sewage collection facilities.

Preparation of this Draft Wastewater Comprehensive Plan included preparation of the SEPA documents. The District is accepting comments on both the SEPA documents and the draft Wastewater Comprehensive Plan through December 30, 2003.

In addition to being able to view the Plan through the link provided below, it is available at public libraries in Sammamish, Issaquah and Redmond. A limited number of copies are also available for purchase at the District for $130.
